Job summary

Sofitel London Gatwick is seeking a Front Office Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about hotel facilities and local happenings. You will be part of a professional team in a luxury setting connected to the airport.

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests with a warm welcome and an infectious smile.
• Assist our guests in and out of vehicles by opening doors graciously and courteously.
• Ensure all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information.
• Deliver or collect any guest’s packages, messages, and letters from their rooms.
• Manage luggage storage room ensuring luggage is labelled and stored neatly.

Job description

Salary – £26,026 plus service charge

Holiday – 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.
