Job summary

Lionel Primary School in Brentford is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role starts as soon as possible, with hours from 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, working across year group teams to support pupils with SEN/D.

You will lead and support intervention groups both inside and outside the classroom, bringing energy, vision and a commitment to inclusive education to help every learner thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with SEN/D, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
• Experience of leading intervention groups inside and outside of the classroom.
• A passion for the inclusive education for all.

Responsibilities

• The LSA will work alongside our year group teams and the staff throughout the school.
• Lead intervention groups inside and outside of the classroom as needed.
