Job summary

Germander Park School is seeking an energetic Learning Support Assistant to support KS1 pupils and assist teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons. The role may extend across the federation to other schools if needed.

Key duties include differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs, fostering a loving learning environment, and contributing to positive behaviour through effective classroom management. Hours are 32.5 per week, in the 8.30am–3.30pm slot.

Qualifications

• Experience working with KS1 children is preferred but not essential.
• Able to support lessons and maintain an inclusive classroom.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are valued.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic LearningSupport Assistant with experience of working with KS1 children to support theteaching and learning of our pupils. Weare in search of someone who can inspire our pupils and help them to enjoytheir time at school and their learning.We have a vibrant and inclusive school dedicated to providing anurturing and stimulating environment for our students.

We are looking for an LSA to work initially in KS1 butflexible enough to work across the whole school should it be needed (nursery toYear 2). The hours of work are 8.30am to3.30pm (32.5 hours per week) - qualifications are desirable but notessential. On occasion, you may also berequested to work within either of the 2 other schools in our Federation.

The successful candidate will be able to:

You will:

• Haveexperience of working with children of infant school age
• Besensitive to the wide range of children's needs experienced in main streamschools
