Job summary

Principal Education is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to join the SEND and Inclusion team at a welcoming North London secondary school. You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO and pastoral staff to help students access the curriculum and develop confidence.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support for students with a range of additional needs, adapting activities and resources in collaboration with staff, and promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing.

  • Build positive, professional relationships with students while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the SEND and Inclusion team at our welcoming secondary school in North London.


The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, the SENCO and pastoral staff to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and wants to make a genuine difference to their educational and personal development.


Key Responsibilities
