Job summary

BMW Group in Farnborough offers a placement year internship within BMW UK Financial Services. The role focuses on customer loyalty across BMW, MINI and BMW brands, including creating materials for webinars and training, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives.

As an intern, you will work with multiple teams on national loyalty campaigns, while developing soft skills and gaining exposure to sales, pricing and retention activities.

Qualifications

• Must be returning to your studies for at least 6 months after completion of this placement.
• Demonstrates passion for automotive/finance industries and a genuine interest in the BMW FS Group.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Active management of customer loyalty offers with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the Retailer HUB communications portal.
• Digitally create and manage the Retention App platform focusing on the customer journey.
