Zoe Lounge Group in Jersey is seeking a Lounge Manager to lead a dedicated team across shifts and ensure seamless operations at the lounge. You will drive exceptional service, uphold brand standards and achieve core KPIs while controlling costs and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to staffing, training and guest experience in a busy airport lounge environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team across shifts.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control within a service operation.
• Strong focus on service standards and KPI delivery.
• Ability to maximise revenue opportunities through commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Take commercial responsibility for designated lounges and services.
• Manage staffing and stock costs through effective planning and monitoring during each shift.
• Manage payroll expenditure in line with lounge revenue and budgets.
• Maximise revenue opportunities by understanding the airport environment.
• Drive sales by setting targets and monitoring performance on shift.
• Ensure all operational systems are up to date and used correctly.
