Job summary

Aspire Lounges, part of Swissport's Pre-Flight Hospitality network, is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to guide the front-of-house team in its flagship lounge. You’ll oversee lobby operations, seat guests, and collaborate with culinary and beverage service to ensure a superior guest experience.

You will promote service excellence, embody Aspire's values of empathy and efficiency, and drive upselling opportunities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across shifts including

Qualifications

• Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Follow processes and adapt to changing requirements.

• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Shift patterns include mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Manage lounge capacity and assist with check-in procedures.
• Host guests to allocated seating and provide lounge orientation.
• Upsell food and beverages and process payments where applicable.
• Support Bar and Floor teams with smooth service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas and bar.
