Job summary

Zohorecruit is hiring for a kitchen role based in Jersey’s Airport Lounge. You will prepare and cook buffet-style offerings and help maintain a spotless kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring equipment is functional, following health and safety SOPs, and promoting hygiene across the kitchen. Flexibility for hours and location is required, with team-oriented collaboration and attention to detail emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak times.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible approach to hours, location and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook buffet style in Airport Lounge.
• Maintain exceptionally clean kitchen at all times.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and report defects.
• Follow SOPs in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Promote a clean and hygienic kitchen following safety requirements.
