Job summary

Join Sodexo Live! at Lufthansa Lounge London Heathrow to deliver outstanding guest experiences from pre-flight to boarding. You will welcome guests, assist with needs, and maintain a pristine lounge environment across all service periods.

We value energetic, customer-focused team players who can handle load and pressure, with some food-related experience. Be prepared to work varied shifts and contribute to an inclusive lounge culture.

Qualifications

• Front of house and customer facing experience is a must.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work all shifts and under pressure.
• An element of food experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from preparation to service for lounge guests.
• Load service counters and ensure supplies during shifts.
• Maintain lounge seating area and keep loung e clean as per plan.
• Assist guests with problems or needs, remaining positive under pressure.
• Be a proactive team player and lead by example.

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lufthansa Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
• Assisting guests with any problems or needs. A winning smile and a passion for delighting guests?
• A positive work attitudes?
• The ability to be a great team player and lead by example?
• Heaps of energy, positivity & enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure?
• Commitment & passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service?
