Sodexo is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Catering Host to join the Lufthansa Lounge at London Heathrow. You will be the first friendly face guests see and set the tone for their pre-flight experience.

With a focus on excellent service, you’ll engage with guests, help load service counters, and maintain a clean, welcoming lounge environment while working across mixed shifts.

Qualifications

• Front of house and customer-facing experience is essential.
• Experience with food service is required.
• Able to work all shifts and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in the Lufthansa Lounge from preparation to service of food and beverages.
• Load service counters as directed and ensure supplies throughout the service period.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and assist guests as needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lufthansa Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
• Assisting guests with any problems or needs.

• Front of house and customer facing experience is a must
• An element of food experience
• Must be able to work all the shifts
• Highly motivated
• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
