Job summary

Sodexo Live! at Lufthansa Lounge Heathrow in London is seeking a Casual Catering Host to warmly welcome guests and deliver outstanding service.

As the first friendly face, you’ll help create a memorable pre-flight experience, assist guests with any needs, and maintain lounge cleanliness and seating arrangements during mixed shifts (4:30–13:30, 13:30–23:00). The role offers £14 per hour and a casual agreement with a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Front of house and customer facing experience is a must.
• An element of food experience.
• Must be able to work all the shifts.
• Highly motivated.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lufthansa Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
• Assisting guests with any problems or needs.

Main Responsibilities
