Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Casual Catering Host for the Lufthansa Lounge at London Heathrow. You will greet guests, deliver service with a welcoming demeanor and help create a memorable pre-flight experience.

Responsibilities include supporting food and beverage presentation, loading service counters, maintaining lounge cleanliness, and assisting guests with any needs while working a mixed shift pattern. The role requires front-of-house experience and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Front of house experience is required.
• Customer facing roles and a positive attitude are expected.
• Strong verbal communication is essential in this hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from preparation through service of food and beverages.
• Maintain service counters and ensure supplies during service periods.
• Keep lounge seating area clean and arranged per lounge plan.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during operating hours and assist guests with needs.

What you'll do

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lufthansa Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
• Assisting guests with any problems or needs.
