Job summary

Aspire Executive Lounges at Birmingham Airport is seeking a Lounge Host Agent (Casual) to join the team. You will welcome guests, check them in, and ensure a relaxed, energised start to their lounge experience.

Benefits include a nightly uplift for late shifts, a 03:30 start, and shifts seven days a week. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or customer services with high levels of customer interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Computer literate, including using payment machines and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team or independently to complete tasks.
• Flexible to work shifts covering 0330–2100, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and efficient check-in to guests.
• Assist guests with questions and direct them to lounge areas.
• Manage lounge capacity during peak times to maximise throughput.
• Clear and clean tables and maintain high cleanliness.
• Serve a range of drinks and food, including dietary knowledge.
• Restock and maintain hygiene across all areas.
• Adapt to ad hoc requests from local leadership.
