Aspire Executive Lounges at Birmingham Airport is seeking a Lounge Host for casual shifts. You will welcome guests, check them in, and guide them to lounge areas, while maintaining high service standards across reception, food and beverage, and general host duties.

The role requires flexibility to cover early shifts, including 03:30am starts, and potential night allowances. Relevant hospitality and customer service experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Background in hospitality or customer services with high levels of customer interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good numerical skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Computer literate, including using payment machines and Microsoft office.
• Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
• Additional languages desirable.
• Flexible to work shifts covering 0330 – 2100, 7 days a week

Responsabilidades

• Reception: warm welcome, efficient check-in, direct guests to lounge areas.
• Food & Beverage: maintain self-service and bar areas; food prep per menu; assist guests with drinks.
• General Host: clear and clean tables; maintain hygiene and organisation; assist guests.
• Back of house: stock rotation and loading/unloading dishwasher; restock crockery.
