Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking a Lounge Services Agent in Belfast. This part-time role requires 30 hours per week across a flexible Mon-Sun shift, with £13.49 per hour plus a night-shift allowance for hours between 00:00–06:00.

Responsibilities include reception, food and beverage service, and general lounge support to ensure guests are welcomed and well cared for. Ideal candidates will have hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, numeracy, and a team-focused

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or customer services with high levels of customer interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good numerical skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Computer literate, including using payment machines and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
• Additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly welcome and efficient check-in for guests.
• Answer questions and direct guests to lounge areas as needed.
• Manage lounge capacity during peak times to optimise throughput.
• Bid farewell to guests to encourage return visits.
• Work with the team to maintain clean, well-presented self-service and bar areas.
• Assist with stock, replenish supplies, and maintain kitchen hygiene.
• Respond to guest questions with high levels of customer service.
