Job summary

Aspire Executive Lounge at Manchester Airport is seeking a Team Leader Agent to guide a high‑performing hospitality team and ensure guests leave feeling Welcome, Relaxed & Energised.

This full‑time role (37.5 hours per week, shift work 0330–2100 across seven days) leads daily operations, coaches staff, upholds health and safety, and delivers consistent service with exceptional guest experiences. Free meals, parking, uniform, pension and training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer services in a supervisory role.
• Coaching and mentoring skills preferable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy including payment machines and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to your team, ensuring health and safety, quality, customer service and security.
• Coach and mentor staff to maintain professional standards.
• Provide timely feedback to improve day-to-day performance and behaviour.
• Act as a role model to staff, addressing poor performance and misconduct.
• Champion service, dietary and allergen information across operations.
• Ensure consistent service to customers across shifts.
