Job summary

Swissport at Manchester Airport is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our lounge team. You will greet guests, handle check-in, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Role requires flexibility to cover shifts 0330–2100, including weekends. You will work cross-functionally to support guest experience and lounge operations, with a focus on safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service background with high levels of guest interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Computer literate, including payment machines and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
• Flexibility to follow processes and adapt as required.
• Additional languages desirable.
• Shifts 0330–2100, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with check-in.
• Direct guests to lounge areas and respond to requests.
• Manage lounge capacity during peak times to optimise guest flow.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness and organisation.
• Assist with stock deliveries and back-of-house tasks.
• Provide high levels of customer service and answer questions.
