Job summary

Swissport is seeking a Housekeeper at Manchester Airport to join a fast-growing lounge hospitality team. You will ensure a welcoming, clean environment across the Aspire lounge network, covering 37.5 hours per week on a shift basis, including night hours with a 0.85 extra per hour allowance.

This role requires flexibleness to cover early and late shifts, a focus on guest experience, and commitment to quality cleaning and safety standards in a high-traffic travel setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitisation products and methods.
• Experience with hygiene standards and cleanliness protocols.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and mobility requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and tidy environment for lounge guests.
• Keep washrooms clean and stocked with hygienic supplies.
• Remove waste responsibly, following recycling procedures.
• Realign lounge furniture and amenities per layout.
• Handle cleaning fluids safely and in COSHH-compliant manner.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning fluids and equipment.
• Uphold high hygiene and cleanliness across all areas.
• Support Chef and Team Leader with Food Safety management.
• Fulfill other reasonable requests from leadership.
