Job summary

Swissport is hiring a Lounge Services Agent at George Best Belfast City Airport. You will join a busy team delivering hospitality services in the Aspire Executive Lounges, handling reception, food and beverage service, and back-of-house support.

The role requires flexible shifts (0330–2100) across seven days with a 37.5-hour week and a £13.49 hourly rate plus potential shift allowances. As a Lounge Host, you will report to the Team Leader and ensure guests have a welcoming, relaxed and energised

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or customer services with high levels of customer interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Computer literate, including using payment machines and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
• Additional languages desirable.
• Flexible to work shifts covering 0330 – 2100, 7 days a week

Responsibilities

• Reception: Warm and friendly welcome, efficient check-in, set the scene for guests’ re-energising experience.
• Food and Beverage: Maintain availability and presentation of offerings; serve drinks; guide guests on options and dietary information.
• General Host: Clear and clean tables; maintain high levels of cleanliness; respond to guest questions with high levels of service.
• Back of house: Assist with stock delivery, rotation, waste procedures, and dishwasher duties. Ad hoc tasks as needed.
