Sodexo Live! is hiring a Lounge Host for the Upperdeck at Glasgow Airport. You will deliver warm, attentive service, manage lounge cleanliness, and assist with food presentation alongside a supportive team. Strong front-of-house and customer-facing experience are essential.

You will help ensure a seamless guest experience, working within health & safety guidelines, and contributing to memorable moments for travellers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Front of house/front-facing experience required.
• Some level of food experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages.
• Set the bars, ensuring condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged.
• Load service counters and ensure adequate supplies during service.
• Keep lounge seating area clean and arranged as per lounge plan.
• Assist the chef with basic food preparations (e.g., fruit plates, cheese boards).
• Deliver an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers and meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages.
• Set the bars, ensuring condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Assist the chef with some food preparations for example fruit plates, cheese boards etc.
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.
