Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests warmly, takes orders and serves food and beverages.
• Delivers excellent customer service and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Adheres to Scottish Licensing Laws and internal policies at all times.
• Completes Bar Cleaning Check Lists before, during, and after service.
• Inputs orders into the Till System and processes card payments.
• Maintains bar area and restocks supplies as needed.
• Works as part of a cooperative team to deliver a smooth service.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Ensuring that you are fully aware of the Scottish Licensing Laws that we must all follow
• Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar
• Imputing orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments
• Ensuring that we are working within the licensing laws at all times
• Taking pride in the attention of detail of drink presentation
• Restocking of the Bar before and after event
• Keeping the Bar area clean and tidy at all times
• Working together as a team
