Job summary

Sodexo Live! is hiring a Night Chef for Cathay Pacific Terminal 3 at Heathrow Airport. Join a team that delivers memorable experiences and outstanding service in a busy lounge environment.

The role is 40 hours per week, £15.21 per hour, 10pm–6am, casual with permanent status upon obtaining an airside pass. You must be able to provide a 5-year work history for airport clearance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Commi Chef or Kitchen Assistant in busy environments.
• Calm and patient under pressure.
• Ability to work in a busy lounge and stressful environment.
• Passion for food and great customer service.
• Demonstrative customer focus and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside the kitchen team, you will be part of a dynamic group that aims to provide food that not only exceeds our guest expectations in flavour, substance and presentation, but is also in line with agreed company & legal standards
• Ensure that the food costs of the business are well managed by minimising waste
• To prepare, assemble, and cook all assigned menu dishes, providing high-quality dishes for the customer and client
• Provide high-quality service to customers in line with a food service offer agreed with the client
• Adhere and monitor all health and food safety, in a proactive way

• Timings: 5 days a week (10pm-6 am)
