Job summary

Singapore Airlines Lounge at London Heathrow (UK Sodexo Live - Casual) offers a casual role with airside access. £13.80 per hour, 37.5 hours weekly, early and late shifts, 4 days on 2 days off. Role requires 5-year history for airport clearance; poss. permanent after pass obtained. This is a customer-facing hospitality position at a premier lounge.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from food and beverage preparation to lounge guest satisfaction.
• Set bars and ensure condiments, glasses and cups are neatly arranged.
• Load service counters as directed and maintain supplies during service.
• Ensure lounge seating is clean and arranged per plan.
• Provide efficient, friendly service meeting lounge guests' needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Set the bars, ensure the condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.
