Job summary

DO & CO in Hatton is seeking an experienced lounge bartender to greet guests and deliver the highest level of hospitality. You will be responsible for opening and closing the bar across shifts, crafting coffees, beverages, cocktails and mixed drinks, and maintaining coffee machines.

The role requires at least 2 years of bartending, excellent customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work quickly under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and team player.
• Attention to detail and ability to work fast under pressure.
• Flexible schedule; Lounge operates 7 days a week.
• Right to work in the UK and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet lounge customers and offer hospitality.
• Maintain opening and closing of the bar for each shift.
• Make coffees/beverages, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
• Maintain the coffee machines.
• Maintain bar stock control documentation.
• Clean the bar area including floor, counters, cupboards.
