Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a courteous Bartender to craft classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits while delivering a premium beverage experience for members and guests. You will support the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager, ensuring the bar is operational, stocked, and presented to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics, techniques, and spirits.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with POS systems and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a consistently high standard, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar before, during, and after service.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and replenishment of supplies throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards always.
• Contribute to the development of new cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings in collaboration with the bar team.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure all billing is completed to club standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the floor team, kitchen, and events department to ensure smooth and seamless service.
• Handle member queries and feedback confidently, escalating any concerns to management as appropriate.
