Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and standards.
• Menu Knowledge: know drink ingredients, flavors, and presentation; make recommendations.
• Customer Interaction: greet guests, take orders, offer suggestions, provide personalized service.
• Presentation: ensure drinks are visually appealing with proper garnishes and glassware.
• Bar Setup and Maintenance: prep bar area, keep tools, ingredients, and supplies ready.
• Cash Handling: process payments, manage tabs, and provide accurate change.
• Entertainment and Engagement: create a lively bar atmosphere and engage guests.
• Inventory Management: monitor beverage stock, restock, and report shortages.
• Compliance: follow alcohol laws and refuse service to underage/intoxicated guests.
• Collaboration: coordinate with servers, kitchen, and management for seamless service.
