Job summary

DO & CO London is seeking a bartender to join their lounge team, delivering high-end hospitality to guests at the lounge.

You will handle bar opening/closing, prepare cocktails and beverages, and maintain coffee machines, while ensuring knowledge of lounge food offerings. The role is on-site in the lounge, with training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet lounge customers and offer top hospitality.

Job Description

• Meet and greet lounge customers and offer them the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge
• Maintaining the opening and closing of the bar for each shift.
• Making coffees/beverages, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
• Maintaining the coffee machines.
• Knowledge of food product offered in the Lounge; and
• Cleaning up the entire bar area including floor, counters, and cupboards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience
• Great Team player
• Attention to details and the ability to work fast under pressure
• Self-motivated attitude
• Confident working in a team
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Right to work in the UK
