Job summary

DO & CO group in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled lounge bartender to deliver top-tier hospitality in our luxury airline lounge. You will greet customers, mix and serve coffees, cocktails and beverages, and ensure the bar runs smoothly across shifts.

This on-site role requires at least 2 years of bartending experience, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and excellent English communication. You’ll work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays, with on-site meals and

• Clean the bar area including floors, counters and cupboards.

Job Description

• Meet and greet lounge customers and offer them the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge
• Maintaining the opening and closing of the bar for each shift.
• Making coffees/beverages, cocktails, and mixed drinks.
• Maintaining the coffee machines.
• Knowledge of food product offered in the Lounge; and
• Cleaning up the entire bar area including floor, counters, and cupboards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience
• Great Team player
• Attention to details and the ability to work fast under pressure
• Self-motivated attitude
• Confident working in a team
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Lounge operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
