Soho House & Co. in London is seeking a Bartender to deliver premium beverage experiences for members and guests. You will support the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager, ensuring the bar operates smoothly, stays stocked, and presents to the highest standards.

Your role focuses on preparing classic and contemporary cocktails, wines and spirits with precision and flair, while cultivating a welcoming, sophisticated environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, techniques and spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal and service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a high standard.
• Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organisation before, during and after service.
• Assist with stock rotation and replenishment during shifts.
• Ensure licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Contribute to new cocktail menus and seasonal offerings.
• Process orders with the POS system and handle billing to club standards.
• Collaborate with floor, kitchen, and events teams for seamless service.
• Handle member questions and feedback, escalating to management if needed.
