Tŷ Hafan in Sully is seeking a highly organised Lottery Co-ordinator to support the Crackerjackpot weekly draw. You will process payments, keep supporter records accurate and help run the administration and financial steps for each draw.
As the first point of contact for lottery players, you will manage entries, respond to enquiries by phone, email and post, and ensure data quality in our CRM system while complying with regulatory requirements. This is a fixed-term, part-time role.

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Lottery Co-ordinator to help deliver our successful Crackerjackpot Lottery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining administration, data accuracy and supporter care in a role that makes a genuine difference.
As the first point of contact for many of our lottery players, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional supporter experiences while ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our weekly lottery draw.
This is a fixed-term, part-time role working 15 hours per week. The working pattern can be agreed across 2 or 3 days between Wednesday and Friday, subject to business need. However, a minimum of 6 hours must be worked on a Friday as part of the weekly working pattern.
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at Tŷ Hafan.
