Job summary

Tŷ Hafan in Sully is seeking a highly organised Lottery Co-ordinator to support the Crackerjackpot weekly draw. You will process payments, keep supporter records accurate and help run the administration and financial steps for each draw.

As the first point of contact for lottery players, you will manage entries, respond to enquiries by phone, email and post, and ensure data quality in our CRM system while complying with regulatory requirements. This is a fixed-term, part-time role.

  • Experience with a CRM system and delivering customer service.
  • Comfortable handling numerical information and financial processes.

  • Processing lottery payments and maintaining accurate supporter records.
  • Supporting the administration and financial processes required for each weekly draw.
  • Managing lottery entries, raffle responses and prize allocations in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining high-quality data within our CRM system.
  • Responding to supporter enquiries by phone, email and post, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ensuring all lottery processes and procedures remain current and support business continuity.

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Lottery Co-ordinator to help deliver our successful Crackerjackpot Lottery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining administration, data accuracy and supporter care in a role that makes a genuine difference.

About the role:

As the first point of contact for many of our lottery players, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional supporter experiences while ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our weekly lottery draw.

  • Processing lottery payments and maintaining accurate supporter records.

  • Managing lottery entries, raffle responses and prize allocations in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Ensuring all lottery processes and procedures remain current and support business continuity.

This is a fixed-term, part-time role working 15 hours per week. The working pattern can be agreed across 2 or 3 days between Wednesday and Friday, subject to business need. However, a minimum of 6 hours must be worked on a Friday as part of the weekly working pattern.

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at Tŷ Hafan.

This role is based at our Head Office in Sully, with hybrid working available. The successful candidate will be expected to work on site for a minimum of three days each week.
