Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a London Specification Manager. The role involves managing and overseeing product specifications for client projects in London, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the manufacturing team, reviewing and approving carpet specifications, conducting site visits, and providing expert advice on flooring selection. The London Specification Manager will also be responsible for staying updated with industry trends and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of products specifications and the ability to translate client needs into technical requirements
• Experience in project management and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the carpet and flooring industry, including materials and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications in interior design, architecture, or related fields are a plus
