Project Specification Manager
Field-based - covering London (E, SE, IG, RM)

We are seeking a dynamic Project Specification Manager to join our team, focusing on driving specification sales in the London region. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with our extensive product range, reputable brand, and successful team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between our products (Landscape Products, Natural Stone, and Street Furniture) and clients including landscape architects, local authorities, housebuilders, consultant engineers, and main contractors.
• Understand project needs and provide expert advice and tailored solutions to support clients' visions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from project conception to completion.
• Lead discussions about our products, designs, and specifications, promoting our latest ranges and industry trends.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in specification sales with a technical understanding.
• Commercial awareness of the construction industry.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, and performance-driven.
• Excellent communication skills for building long-term relationships.
• Flexible with travel; must hold a UK driving license and reside within the patch.
