• Strong English communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work on-site in London and respond to incidents after hours.

• Oversee daily security operations at the London office.
• Manage vendor relationships, rotas, post orders, training standards and service performance.
• Coordinate with vendors on attendance, conduct and performance concerns.
• Review vendor invoices, staffing hours and overtime against schedules and budgets.

• Oversee access control, CCTV and intruder alarm systems with internal teams and service providers.
• Coordinate incident response and liaise with emergency services as needed.
