Job summary

SSR Personnel Ltd seeks a Professional Security Operative to join a prestigious organisation in Central London. The role involves monitoring alarms, CCTV, and patrolling multiple sites with a 4-on/3-off, 4-night/3-off shift pattern.

You will work in a growing in-house security team under the Security Delivery Manager, handling risk triage and incident response. Candidates should hold an SIA licence, be able to commute to Central London, and possess strong English communication, reliability, and

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SIA Public Space Surveillance or Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence and maintain it per regulations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication to liaise with clients and colleagues.
• Ideally hold Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) or equivalent certification.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with security software and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess and triage security events from the Ops Room to manage risk across sites.
• Promptly respond to alarms and CCTV alerts with appropriate action per protocols.
• Conduct internal and external patrols when required and report vulnerabilities.
• Perform secure opening/closing procedures and ensure points are secured.
