Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of security experience with at least three supervising security operations in a corporate environment.
• Experience overseeing contracted security officers and managing vendor performance, staffing and service delivery.
• Working knowledge of access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, visitor management, and fire and life safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations at the London office.
• Manage the security vendor relationship, including staffing coverage, rotas, post orders, and service performance.
• Coordinate with vendor management on attendance, conduct and performance concerns.
• Review vendor invoices, staffing hours and overtime against schedules and budgets.
• Maintain site security procedures for access, escorts, deliveries and high-value movements.
• Oversee access control, CCTV and intruder alarms with internal teams and service providers.
• Coordinate incident responses and liaise with emergency services and building management.
• Maintain records, preserve evidence and coordinate with HR for security-related matters.
• Collaborate with Operations, Workplace and HR to resolve security concerns and ensure emergency readiness.
