Job summary

The Pokémon Company International is hiring a Project Manager, Retail Operations to lead the operational mobilisation for a new Pokémon Store in London. You will translate requirements into detailed workstreams, manage timelines, budgets, and supplier onboarding to ensure a successful opening.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Experience leading complex operational initiatives, business readiness activities, programme delivery or project management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the operational mobilisation plan with detailed workstreams, milestones and delivery schedules
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Procure, contract, onboard and manage external suppliers (EPOS, Facilities Management, Security)
• Establish project governance routines and drive accountability across workstreams
• Lead the transition from project delivery into business-as-usual operations
