Job summary

DXC Technology in London is seeking an Onsite Desktop Support Engineer to resolve a wide range of software and hardware incidents and service requests on‑site for a major client.

You will deploy workstations, assist end users, ensure security policy compliance, and maintain ticketing with ServiceNow, delivering high levels of customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Intune, Citrix and Office 365 is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with non-technical users.
• Experience supporting Office 365/M365, Windows and macOS in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and endpoint management (Intune).

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and on-time deployment of workstations to employees.
• Assist end-users with hardware, software and network issues and inquiries.
• Ensure security policy compliance across security platforms.
• Maintain a ticketing system (ServiceNow) and manage SLAs.
• Provide after-hours support as necessary.
• Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
• Test new hardware/software to improve support efficiency.
