Legora in London is seeking a Workplace Technology Specialist to keep the tech employees rely on every day running smoothly, from laptops and onboarding to meeting rooms and office connectivity. You'll report to the Workplace Technology Lead and collaborate with Workplace, Office Managers, EAs, and the IT team.

This hands-on role owns daily support requests, guides issues to resolution, and helps deliver office technology projects while growing your technical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support, workplace technology, desktop support, or similar experience.
• Able to troubleshoot macOS devices, common business applications, peripherals, and basic network issues.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Follows security and access procedures and handles employee information carefully.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for employees and troubleshoot laptop, application, account, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Onboard new hires: stage devices, set up accounts, check equipment, and guide colleagues to company tools.
• Keep meeting rooms ready, run AV checks, and support events with the team.
• Manage local hardware lifecycle: provisioning, inventory, loaners, repairs, and returns.
• Troubleshoot office Wi-Fi and network issues and escalate for deeper investigation.
• Assist with office moves, desk setups, and vendor visits following checklists.
• Maintain badge readers, cameras, and other office tech, coordinating fixes.
• Write support guides and help test automation and AI-assisted workflows.
