Job summary

You will maintain CAFM records, liaise with management and contractors to minimise disruption, and participate in audits and sustainability initiatives at high-profile sites in Shoreditch.

Qualifications

• Recognised mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications.
• Experience in multiskilled maintenance in fast-paced or critical environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the site’s CAFM system.
• Liaise with site management and contractors to minimise disruption to operations.
• Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
