Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Static Maintenance Engineer to deliver reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance across the London facility. You will perform electrical and mechanical tasks, update CAFM work orders, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, ability to work independently, and collaboration with facilities teams. On-site duties include evening/weekend coverage as needed to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with commercial electrical systems in corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive maintenance and repairs with minimal downtime.
• Execute planned preventative maintenance including tests and inspections.
• Update work orders and maintain CAFM records.
• Produce technical reports and obtain necessary certifications.
• Maintain tools and participate in on-call rota.
