Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (M&E) - Foot Mobile to cover mobile sites in central London. You will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring reliability and safety of building services.

The role requires HVAC experience with AHUs, 4-pipe fan coil units, lighting, fire alarm testing, BMS, and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience in building services environments.
• Familiar with AHUs, 4-pipe FCUs and building management systems.
• Qualifications in mechanical/electrical building services and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete PPM tasks and update the site CMMS with results.
• Ensure safety compliance and document site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for PPM and reactive works.
• Maintain tools and contribute to contract success.
