Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) Project Manager for our Integrated Facility Management business within the Amazon account. You will lead regional MAC operations, drive performance, and mentor MAC PMs across multiple concurrent projects with a focus on accuracy of space data and floor plans.

You will collaborate with vendors, facility teams and IT to deliver end-to-end moves and restacks, while maintaining budgets and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience delivering corporate moves and building restacks end to end.
• Strong data-driven mindset with dashboards and metrics reporting.
• Structured approach to risk identification, mitigation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation and performance evaluation for MAC specialists.
• Lead MAC operations to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
• Ensure accurate employee location data and floor plan updates.
• Manage move vendors, quotes, invoices and spend tracking.
• Coordinate moves when MAC PM is unavailable; plan resources with vendors and FM teams.
• Mentor MAC Project Managers and support their development plans.
• Communicate with client stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Continuously identify process improvements and share best practices.
