Job summary

F&L Search in London is seeking a new-business salesperson to open up the UK institutional market for a subscription research platform. You will hunt, pitch and close new accounts across wealth managers, family offices, insurers and pension funds, with some prospecting into Asia Pacific.

You will build an independent pipeline, engage senior investment professionals, tailor the platform to client needs, and collaborate with our international team to drive deals.

Qualifications

• At least two years selling research, data or analytics subscriptions to investors.
• Consultative sales process and ability to negotiate with senior investment professionals.
• Knowledge of institutional investor types and what research they buy.

Responsibilities

• Win new institutional subscribers across the UK from first outreach to signed contract.
• Build and run your own pipeline through direct prospecting, campaigns and events.
• Get the right stakeholders into every opportunity and move it to a close.
• Help prospects configure the platform to how they invest.
• Become a credible voice on macro and markets with CIOs, PMs and heads of research.
• Support the London team on content and sales systems between deals.
