efficura in London is seeking a Sales Associate to work alongside a founder, owning outreach, pipeline, and client relationships from day one. You’ll build our GTM engine, craft targeted messaging, and turn early conversations into institutional clients.

You’ll use Origami, CRMs, and AI-powered tools to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategy, with room to grow into a full-time commercial role at a central London office.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to turn cold contacts into meetings.
• Familiarity with or curiosity for modern sales tooling like Origami, CRMs, outreach platforms.
• Comfort working with data: researching markets and keeping a clean pipeline.
• Interest in fintech, real-estate debt, and AI in finance workflows.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and ownership.

Aufgaben

• Design and run lead-generation workflows using Origami to identify high-intent prospects.
• Own first-touch outreach across email, LinkedIn, and direct channels to earn meetings with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a lean CRM/relationship pipeline with accurate next steps.
• Evaluate and adopt tools and workflows to keep GTM motion fast and low-overhead.
• Collaborate with founders to shape positioning and move deals from first contact to client.
• Help build the first client base from the ground up.
