Job summary

London & Partners Limited in London is seeking a Senior Operations Manager on a fixed-term contract to lead the operational framework for Grow London Global and the UK-wide scaleup programme. You will shape governance, planning and performance reporting, ensuring delivery across the region and collaborating with partner organisations.

You’ll manage a senior team, coordinate recruitment and partner onboarding, and transform early wins into evidence-based case studies with marketing and impact

Qualifications

• Strong track record in programme operations governance and delivery planning.
• Experience producing clear reporting and credible case studies meeting funding, evidence and audit needs.
• Experience leading and developing a team, balancing workloads and coordinating external delivery partners.
• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes and improving systems.
• Proficient with Salesforce and project management tools, including Monday, with financial awareness and data management.
• Clear communication and ability to translate complex requirements into practical action.

Responsibilities

• Governance and programme planning: lead day-to-day governance, maintain delivery plans, coordinate papers and decisions.
• Performance reporting and impact: develop timely reporting, track recruitment and funding outcomes, ensure data integrity.
• Regional partner coordination: act as operational contact, monitor milestones and resolve barriers with partners.
• Recruitment pipeline and company administration: coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, ensure timely communications.
• Systems and service improvement: develop operational processes, align with data protection and reporting.
• People and resource management: lead the executive team, allocate workloads, maintain records and provide development for staff.
