Sokin seeks a Director of Global Operations in London for an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will lead global operations, incident management, and the data function, ensuring world-class delivery of product engineering initiatives to a growing customer base.

Reporting to the COO, you will drive the operational agenda, establish roadmaps, and manage 24/7 coverage where needed, while collaborating with Product Engineering, Banking Partnerships, and other teams to sustain high-performance service

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large-scale operations across multiple domains (Ops, Incident, Data).
• Strong track record in FinTech or financial services operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Aufgaben

• Direct line management of regional operations leaders and Head of Data.
• Own global delivery of operations, incident management, and data functions.
• Define roadmaps, metrics, and SLAs; ensure 24/7 coverage where required.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and other teams to align delivery and operational needs.
• Lead incident management strategy, tooling, metrics, and post-incident reviews.
• Develop and mentor teams; foster continuous learning and internal promotion.
