Job summary

Faire in London seeks a strategic, analytical leader to drive growth and performance across Europe and International markets. You will own a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, perform deep analytics, and coach a small team while shaping strategic direction with cross-functional partners.

You will partner with Product, Operations, Revenue, and Data Science, making focused bets, guiding execution end-to-end, and communicating clearly with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, finance, or analytical business roles.
• Experience managing people and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience partnering with GTM and Product teams.
• Strong problem solving with data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for Europe Top 8 priorities.
• Lead and develop Strategy & Operations ICs.
• Own key Europe initiatives; unblock roadblocks and drive outcomes.
• Prioritize GTM and Product initiatives; collaborate with Data Science.
• Identify opportunities to grow retailer LTV.
• Drive forecasting, performance monitoring, and metric decomp.
• Build scalable processes and strong stakeholder relationships.
