Job summary

Otis London is seeking an experienced escalator maintenance engineer to support the London Underground portfolio. You will be on-call for breakdowns, perform repairs, and ensure passenger safety while keeping operations running smoothly.

You will need NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering, and proven onsite mechanical/electrical skills. A UK driving licence and a safety‑minded, team‑oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering and significant experience in service and maintenance of escalators.
• StrongMechanical and electrical engineering skills with safety as priority.
• Valid UK driving licence and on-site communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown and repair work on escalators in the portfolio to ensure operation.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns within London Underground network.
• Liaise with customers on site to build good working relationships.
