Job summary

S10Home is seeking a highly organised, proactive individual to join our London-based furniture and interiors business. The role covers delivery logistics, finance administration, Shopify management and email marketing, with remote work and in-person showroom coordination as needed.

You will work closely with directors to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, including marketing activity, supplier payments and showroom support.

Qualifications

• Fluent English — essential.
• Russian/Ukrainian — highly desirable.
• Experience across logistics, ecommerce or premium retail is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise delivery routes using delivery management software.
• Manage Shopify orders, updates and fulfilment; coordinate with partners.
• Oversee invoices, payments, and liaise with accountants.
• Create and schedule email campaigns; manage social media content.
