OLIVER | The Brandtech Group is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager to join its in‑house team in London/Weybridge. The role focuses on delivering smooth, well‑run e‑commerce activity for UK customers, coordinating operations, promotions and product launches.

Based in Weybridge with four days on site and one day work‑from‑home, you will ensure accurate content, stock planning and timely launches while partnering with cross‑functional teams to meet commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating e‑commerce delivery, promotions and product launches.
• Understanding of content management systems, digital asset management and web publishing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations, including order processing, shipping logistics, inventory management and customer service.
• Coordinate e‑commerce delivery, promotions and product launches across multiple projects and teams.
• Manage content workflows for product pages, landing pages and digital assets.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain stock levels and reduce costs.
• Track KPIs across e‑commerce operations and propose actionable improvements.
• Turn data insights into clear recommendations to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to process improvements across e‑commerce functions.
• Build trusted relationships with OLIVER colleagues across creative, production, technical and commercial teams.
